At Sweetdeevs, we’re dedicated to making sure your comics arrive safely, securely, and in the condition you expect. Whether you’re ordering a graded grail or stocking up on supplies, we handle every package with care.

🕒 Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-sale items may have different shipping windows, which will be noted in the product description.

  • During high-demand periods or exclusive drops, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

📦 Packaging & Protection

  • All comics are shipped with protective bags and boards, and packaged in rigid mailers or sturdy boxes to prevent damage in transit.

  • High-value items, including graded books, may include additional protection like bubble wrap or reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery.

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties that may apply to international orders.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier first for updates.

  • If your comic arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lucas@staysweetcomics.com with photos of the damage and packaging so we can help.

  • Insured shipments may qualify for claims through the shipping carrier.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping.
